Hi , i was going through the details of your project and I am interested in working with you on it, as an Architect. The requirements are totally fine, I would like to have some more informations to get an idea. 1. The total no. of floors you are thinking at the moment as you said permissible height can be 14m. Based on this, the loading and foundation would come. 2. As you said it would be of steel joists and I beams, I think you are asking for a pre-engineered building, which is light-weight and takes less time to set up. You will only need to make the foundations till plinth level as a permanent concrete structure. 3. FOr all these things, it would be great if you can share a lot plan or site plan showing the location of your project. That would help a lot.
