We are looking for a new independent freelancer to take our PSD key art and turn them into AVI animations that will be displayed on outdoor LED boards on the exterior of a casino. This will be an ongoing project, perhaps 3-4 animations per month, in three different sizes. You will take the existing PSD key art file and animate the message to be hard hitting, impactful, and easy to read at a distance of a 1/4 mile. Samples are attached to this. Send samples of your work and pricing to have the animations done in three different sizes.
