I am developing a mobile application using ontology models, but want some help to get started, where the ontology (owl file) is read and updated through eclipse, as well as detect the user’s location where the coordinates are also updated in the owl file. Further developments, will occur at a later stage. So for this piece of work, I would like someone to develop an android application that can detect the user’s location based on their location as well as read and update the ontology model, through android forms.
