 Preparing the financial statement as per the Revised Schedule VI,  Preparation of trial balance, P/L a/c and Balance Sheet.  Monthly and yearly closing of accounts.  Cash flow statement and fund flow statements Monthly and Quarterly,  Preparation of Monthly Debtors & creditors ageing report.  Interaction with the Auditors During the Audit,  Maintaining the accounts payable & receivable and its ageing  Preparation of Payroll, BRS. • PF & ESI: Monthly deductions of PF & ESI from salary of employee, monthly preparation of payment challans, monthly returns and filing, Preparation of half yearly & annual returns and filing. • TDS: Tax deduction on payments like professional services, contracts, rent, commission, salary and its payment, preparation of Qtly returns and its filing. • ST: Collection of taxes on service provided, utilization of Cenvat credit on service received, and balance payment of taxes to dept. preparation of half yearly returns and filing. • PT: Monthly calculation of professional tax, deduction and its payment to Dept. • Advance Excel knowledge: formulas like if,and ,or sumif, Pivote table, Vlookup, Accountant In Bangalore
