The practice must deliver a program of a call center or two incidents record administrator and user roles. Users with administrator role can manage all users and impacts of each user. And users with user role can only manage, view or create your own incidents, as well as to edit your profile. The system must meet the following: - Must support a complete record of any incident information that he may have. Shall hold a public information advocacy (which the customer can see) and a private party for their personal use (and that the client can not see). In each call the administrator must inform the user of where your data and how you can modify or delete (this process will be online) - You must be able to search in historical incidents per user per computer code. Will be given if the program alert you when a user or a team build several incidents with a notice of training or tuning respectively

Sound experience in web technologies and latest web technologies trends. Asp.net c# , MVC 4, HTML5 ,jquery, knockoutjs. .net framework 2.0,3.5,4.0. I have 6 years of expertise in developing web services SOAP and REST web services. Good under standing of XML and JSON. On database side SQL server 2008 R2, MySql and SQLLite. able to write highly optimized and complex Sql queries. having very extensive knowledge of IIS 6.0,7.0,7.5. I have worked on highly scalable enterprise applications which are hosted in web farm and dbclusters are used. also having hand on experience in distributed caching implementation memcached, couchbase and elastic search.
