Hi, I need an extractor that I can input a list of urls from either a spreadsheet or text file and it will find and extract the home url, the title of the home url, some sort of a description from the main page of the url and the contact info (email). And it would be nice if I could enter in a url and have it search the internet and find it and exract the same details. Also I would love to be able to save all extracted info on a spreadsheet or text file if possible. I have large lists of urls so it would be nice to be able to find 100 or more at a time. In all honesty, this is a piece of cake. I regularly use scripts like this to track news websites and stuff. I normally use a Unix-like environment but this is easy enough to do in Windows too. I believe ASP and Javascript are the wrong tools for this job and a simple C++ or Java application will work better.
