We are seeking proposals for the development of an Applicant Tracking System – we have attached a SRS document for review.
• Looking for an experienced software development team to bid on the application build.
• This is a competitive bid process: the weighting criteria will be based on – experience with technology programming tools databases , (this needs to be fully SAAS 2.5 compliant), – any experience with development of an ATS, or a Hiring Management System, (not having direct development experience with an ATS won't preclude our choice of vendor), development timeline, references of past development projects and client references.
• After review of the SRS document and response to programming requirements we will share with qualified developers all necessary Domain model outlines, UseCase packages, and Screen mock-ups.
• BTS will outline our evaluation and selection criteria after initial responses to the RFP.
• We have a need to move forward as expeditiously as possible.
