I am looking for assistance to overhaul a cricket club's website. Using ASP, we are looking for a new design and a dynamic site framework to work within. (Using Access DB backend that would also need to be developed) The site will provide a way for captains and designated users (secure sign on for those users, authenticated against the database) only to be able to post items of interest, match reports, selections, club functions etc etc, as well as the usual static content such as club history, photos, sponsors etc. Also looking for the potential for a virtual tour to be added to the website (photos will be provided). The club will want all rights to the works provided, not just a CMS system. Payment provided on completion of the works specified by Escrow/Milestone payment through getafreelancer.

I have recently built a website for my football club that meets your criteria. Registered authenticated users can add match reports, selections, results, fixtures as well as events and news. All of the pages are database driven meaning history, photos, sponsors etc can all be updated by the users. All the users can be given different access rights so they can only change certain things.
