Need logo and stationary created for a medical srubs clothing brand.

I'm looking to create a logo for an existing business. The logo should be Miss Lilou-Marlou with a crown behind the name, 3D and in black and gold. In movement the letters move towards the crown. The 2 M´s becomes part of the crown and L infront in some cool way. The rest of the letters disapers.. It should be visually impactful and represent the brand identity of the business. I'm open to creative ideas, as long as the concept resonates with my target audience.
