What I need is an app for iPhone and Android where the main point is to receive and play live streaming from a remote web server with a very small latency. The latency should be less than a second. I have no idea if...is the right streaming format or RTMP or whatever. HLS may have a too large latency and I am not sure if Apple allows RTMP streamings. You can find the complete project description here But my most important question is: Are you able to find a streaming solution with that very small latency?
