Hey hello everyone, I have a VBulletin 3.8.3 website which is fully customized, it is merged with Social Engine 3.15 and VB 3.8.3, I got a weird problem while posting into any sections in forum of vbulletin. When I copy paste any content from any website and post it, it loads the page and gives me this error: "The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 40 characters. If I copy paste contents from any website or from files or from my own website, it displays this error." I have no 40 character rule applied on my site, but then too this error is displayed. But sometimes it accepts the copy pasted content and posts it into forum sections. Not sure, but the actual problem is with javascript or bbcode,

I need to move this forum over to a Vbulletin forum like I will need all the content and user info to go with it. I will also need to have an overview of how to add new images to the forum header and such. Thanks Clint

I am in need of a PHP script capable of scraping data from specific online web discussion forums (primarily running vBulletin software). The script must be able to gather all public message threads along with corresponding user names and the dates/times of posting. The script must also be capable of employing pre-existing web cookies/logins/passwords in order to scrape data from password-protected forums. I own my own vbulletin 4.x web forum and need a program that will take data from an excel file and post it to my forum in the category specified. The program will need to be able to extract the following information from the excel spreadsheet which I input into it: user-name/password, thread title, thread contents, forum category. The program needs to be able to take the info from the spreadsheet and input it into the forum, and start over on the next lines of the spreadsheet. I'm trying to setup a website to have dedicated vBulletin run on LAN. I will provide license for vbulletin. But I will need advice on what package to get, it seems there are two packages available. If possible I want to setup the server running vbulletin on virtual machine on my computer. Most important thing is going to be size of database, it will have to be at least capable of supporting large files up to 50gb and have storage capacity of over 10tb.
