We have cleanly installed the Elastix Asterisk Version 2.0 and the Call Center Module (see version numbers below). We are having difficulty getting the Auto Dialer to work properly. We are looking for someone to help us properly configure the Auto Dialer or to recommend and install a more robust dialing system that will work with the Elastix Interface. We would be happy with ViciDial (GoAutoDial), if you can make it work with Elastix, but we understand that this can be a daunting task. this just started the other day- what happened is every day for about an hour or two the vici would drop from which ever carrier i was connected to, but if i reboot and swiched carriers it would start back up again somethmes not right away now however i will not recoginize any of the carriers no matter what i have attached a screen shot for the asterisk -rvvv thank you

I need a ViciDial system installed and configured - we have approx 50 different campaigns that need to be loaded in, and at the end of each call the agent should give the call a result (ie or "Call back" or "Sale"). Depending on the result, the lead should then be dealt with accordingly (if "Call back" it should be scheduled as a call back for that agent, if "sale" it should be removed from calling list not to call again etc). At the end of each shift, a csv file of all "sale" data (ie contact name, number, address, comments, etc) should be available to admin. There are two reports namely; - Agent Performance Report - Inbound Report Currently, the Date Input method allows you to choose the From Date and To Date. This would populate all the information for that customer in vicidial into the crm and then the sales agent would be able to select the product for the vicidial customer and modify pricing as needed and submit via a credit card payment module. This will also have to send the order to our warehouse for shipping and also send an email notification on this order. I would also like the ability to calculate commissions to the sales agent via this crm as well.

Hello, I have two servers that i have installed vicidial and elastix on. I would like them connected via IAX or IAX2 (whatever works) so that they can share calls seamlessly. Like i said, i just installed the software, so other than that, i need the rest of the servers configured. the elastic server find the phones on the network fine and seems to provision them. i just need a correct set up of the sip provider (flowroute) for incoming and outgoing. i also need a dial plan set up so the users are in queues (elastix) and making sure calls can be made in and out of the system with voicemail setup.
