The circuit should be capable of remembering its current state in power cut also.(if its ON it should automatically start when the power gets restored and if its off it should not start automatically when power is restored ) . When the to devices are connected the led on sender should glow continuously after every 1 sec. These should be secure communication between only these two devices.
