This is a critical step in realizing my design concept, hence it's of utmost importance that the converted files capture all necessary details. - Vital details in the sketch including specific measurements and material definitions must be meticulously incorporated in the converted files. - The accuracy level expected for measurements in the converted files is standard precision, up to 1mm. Freelancers with solid experience in CAD and digital sketch conversion will be ideal for the project. A keen eye for details complemented by precision in taken measurements will be highly appreciated.
