Small modification to WordPress Quick Press Widget

I want small modifications to the WordPress Quick Press widget plugin: 1. Presently this sidebar widget form shows up only for those who have the capability to publish posts. I want it to show up for all in the sidebar, even for the non-logged in Guests. 2. Presently it directly publishes the post only. I want it to send the submitted posts to pending (or draft) if the submitter is a Guest or a Subscriber or a Contributor i.e. with no publish posts capability. And to directly publish posts if the submitted is logged in as the Author or more i.e. with the publish posts capability. 3. I want an option to specify the category to which all the submitted posts will be posted to, in it's php file. The WordPress plugin link: [login to view URL] I think the the small [login to view URL] requires just a few simple lines of php code to add the above three functionalities. Preferably, you have to do it on your own wordpress installation. Any theme which supports sidebar widgets will do. The latest WP 3.0 RC3 is recommended but I think other versions should also be ok. Since it is a small job, lower bids have a more chance to be selected.
