I have a Joomla website which I have moved to a new server and now it does not work. It might just be a DB connection setting, but I am not sure. The site needs no changes to content. I just need it to work again as it did before.

My server has been infected by malwares. On that server I have lots of files, domain names, and 3 websites. I need someone to download everything on their computer to remove all the malwares before uploading it back on mine. Once upload, I will ask my host to rescan again to confirm ZERO malware, then I will consider the task done. Please note that the 3 websites are from Joomla, opencart 3.0.3, php, html, css, js, Laravel. So you have to be able to remove malwares on these types of program. The last scan showed almost 21000 files have to shut everything down to stop the spread. Please send me your best quote with detailed description of how you will proceed. The site is still Joomla 1.5. The guy that maintains my site technically for me is not available to do that certificate task. As far as I understand, it is a simple task once you knwo what you are doing that requires a few hours of work.
3dwebdesign created a component for Joomla that worked fine with PHP 5.4 But does not work with 7.6 or higher. They have no plans on upgrading for the latest version of Joomla. Dear Sir, your current Hoster removes support for PHP Version that have reached EoL. Current CMS or parts are not compatible with newer PHP Versions. If upgrade can not be accomplished due to technical within the desired deadline, the alternative of moving your website elsewhere is inevitable.
