SMS Software Upgrade 3

I need an upgrade on my current JAVA based sms application. (It is current written in JAVA, but read on :)

The new upgrade will consist of 5 sections: VCARD (3 bugs fix), MMS support, Email CLI, Receive/Send Queue Watch, Config Creator.

The attached document consist of the current Software Doc, full details on what need to change on the four sections and a doc for debugging the vccard bug problem.

I have made my instructions very clear and detail, I believe is very easy to work on this project with such details. I also do not need you to purchase any GSM modem to test this thing as you will be given access to remote access software that allows you to control the server and run live tests. (the server already have the software running and gsm modem connected) I will also personally be helping you to send MMS to the gateway to test if you require. I am also almost online 6 hours a day to help you.

I was asked if you could re-write the entire software using another application/language, my answer is YES and as long as it works on windows platform and the GSM modem standards (at least get my wavecom and itegno modem to work)

So, after you reading everything, understand what needs to be done, let me know how long you need to finish, what are the stages invloved, any concern or questions and place your bid :)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
