The project starts from a pre-filled Excel which must be further formatted. Then, the data must be copied to a Word template. I have a very detailed set of instructions. Importantly, the Excel document may have a varying number of rows. The data of each row must then be copied to a table in a Word document. Word report must be construed from a template, where the data in each paragraph corresponds to a row in the Excel document.

We have a big excel mailing list. Columns for name, address, address 2, city, state, zip (postal), country, etc. My issue is this: right now we are spending too much time formatting the postal code cells by country. Different settings for all these countries for formats. Would be interested in a solution for this to automate it a bit more, perhaps checking the countries and then auto-formatting the postal code to necessary parameters, or something similar. We are not XLS experts so this must be easy to use and work in a Windows enviroment.

I have developed an Excel workbook to track the diet of my cat who has diabetics.I need to have this workbook automated with added data from the raw data entered into it. For example, data tables by protein, fat, fiber, etc. by month and day, by breakfast, lunch, etc., so going forward these tables can be auto populated as I enter the raw data for each day. These data tables should allow me to graph the data and perform data analysis.
