ACH Payment Code Parsing

I have a site called --

On the top menu is a Payment link. The next page is a choice between PayPal or Pay by Check. Click the 'Pay By Chec'k link to see the submission page.

Although it looks complete, my developer never finished because he suffered from a severe disabilitation.

As a result, when a visitor completes the ACH form and presses SUBMIT, the data goes to my ACH provider... but the reply is a string of letters and numbers on a blank page.

After speaking to my ACH provider, they said I need a coder to parse the reply string into a meaningful message to the visitor.

They also sent a template that explains the codes and what they do.

The coder who is awarded this project will write the code and pages to show the USER what they need to see.

I am willing to pay up to $ 100 for this project.

HOWEVER... if you write this code for MY site... there will be more work.

I will be re-selling ACH accounts to other companies. They will need the same thing done for THEIR web sites. Of course, they will pay me in advance and I will pay you.

This is a recession. Prices are competitive. My asking price is adjusted to the economy -- and considering I make 1/3 less money than I made a year ago... this price is what I can afford.

I was told this project is about 3 hours of work (the very first time) but my ACH provider said that once you write these pages, code is a model for my other customer sites and can done in a fraction of the time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I am told that my server handles both PHP and ASP

Either is acceptable.
