Build Click Agent

**Overall project:**

We need to create a web click agent for natural search rankings. The first search engine that we are focusing on is Google. Then you can use the same code and modify it to create similar for yahoo and msn. We want this spider to use proxy servers that are untraceable by the search engines. This agent also needs to be written in PHP code and installed on a test site of which we will provide a URL and log in for demo purposes. Final agent must be given with setup instructions and all included files for running the agent. See attached PPT for visual aid on this project. The spider needs to have 3 fields:

1. Keyword

2. Domain Name

3. Click Time Interval

**Admin Details:**

We need to have full control of the fields with an admin panel with the following settings for the fields.

1. Multiple keywords allowed and separated by a line.

2. We need to have a domain name field where we can add the domain name we will be search for.

3. We need to have an interval drop down where you can set number of clicks per minute and this is need to be a working time control to prevent to many clicks per minute.

** The spider needs to go 20 pages deep into search engine to find domain if needed. Spider must NEVER click on paid search listings. **

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
