Graphic Design for Small Website/s

I am a one man company writing computer programs, my company is called Orson Systems. I have an existing website - [[login to view URL]][1]. Im not happy with this website or logo.

I would like a new website(+ logo) designed:

either

1) the html,css..

or

2) the photoshop/fireworks/illustrator files (and I will transform into HTML myself)

The website is to have 5 pages:

front page

news

custom solutions

about us

contact us.

Each page is to have the same layout design and a standard header.

Front page is to have four areas for my four products:

1. Accomplish. plus space for text describing.

2. Cornerstones...

3. Custom Solutions...

4. [[login to view URL]][2]...

Use placeholders for logos for each of these(accomplish, cornerstones…).

News page,Custom Page,About Us should have header and then empty space for me to type in content.

Contact us page should be complete with address, email and tel. (use imaginary info and I'll overwrite)

Second Website is optional (Bid should state whether this is included).

You should create a website again with 5 pages,

A logo for ‘accomplish’. Front page should have text and images (eg boxes, stars, ticks, exclamation marks, … to be colourful, interesting and engaging) promoting what a great product accomplish is and why (use imaginary info and I'll overwrite). No screenshots will be on this page. (eg see <[login to view URL]> )

Only 1 other page is required which will have header and be empty. This will be a template I will use for 4 other pages.

## Deliverables

1.1)either all the html, css, image, font, javascript files. OR the photoshop, illustrator, fireworks files.

1.2) this must be an original design and not copied from anywhere else.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Examples of previous work should be provided.

Design must be professional, clean. Simple is preferred.

Flash is optional and not required.

If html,css is provided CSS layout is strongly preferred to table layout.

There is no need for asp,php,java. Javascipt and Ajax can be used.
