Adult Yahoo! Group

We are looking for bids to have a website designed that would be an Adult friendly version of Yahoo! Groups ([login to view URL]). The features would be the same as on Yahoo! Groups with the addition that when new members register to view groups they my also register though an Adult Verification Site such as www.proadult.com. Also, we would like the site to track which group the new member is joining when they register for the first time with the Adult Verification Site so that we can pay the Group owner a portion of the revenues generated from the Adult Verification Site.
