Flowchart creation application

I want to create small application similar to application available? at <[url removed, login to view]>. Fatesoft provide lots of features but this is my personal project I am not providing so many features.

Following features are must:

Pearl to flowchart,

Shell Script to Flowchart

PL/SQL, T-SQL to flowchart

Export code in flow chart to Microsoft Visio

And this application should take input as folder name and depends on whatever is into folder it will create visio file into same folder or somewhere else.

This application must be written in VB.net And documentation must be provided also.
