Poker site project

Basically this project is for a poker related community site i plan to start. I would need a whole system where a member can signup as a member and create a poker profile with all bits of info about themselves which i will get into later. They will beable to upload a picture on the site of themselves where other members can even rate how well their poker face is on a scale from 1 to 10. When a member they can also search for local games that are in there area. They will be provided with how many miles the game is from the games zip code to there zip code. They will also get all the info on the games such as buy ins and all the other info a poker player needs to know about a game he is going to play in. These games will either be posted by our site administrators or they can also be posted by other members of the site. If you had played in one of the games listed and you are a member of the site you can also write a review on what you thought of the game. The reivews have to be reviewed by our site administrators first before they are posted though. Also the memebrs of our site can search for local poker players in the area to. A list of the players is provided where they can click on one of them and it brings up the poker players profile. In this area they have the option to add the poker player to there Poker Buddy list or they can email the poker player through our own email system. They do this so they can invite them to poker games. This is the basics of the site and more small minor details might come into play later on. Just give e a quote on the options i have listed first. ## Deliverables

* * *1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
