Open Source Modification(repost)

Create a simple watered down version of Open Source TrueCrypt ( <[url removed, login to view]> ) that does the following:

1) On program startup, if no TrueCrypt volume has been created at a hard-coded path of the current drive, ask the user to create one. The only information the user should be asked is the size of the volume and the password. All other parameters (filename, algorithms, etc.) should be hard-coded and read from an INI file. After creation, the volume is automatically mounted at the next available drive letter and an explorer window will open pointing to that mounted drive.

2) On program startup, if a TrueCrypt volume exists at the hard-coded path of the current drive, auto-mount that volume at the next available drive letter and open an explorer window pointing to that mounted drive.

3) On program closes, auto-unmount the volume if any. Show a progress bar of the unmounting process.

4) Some additional changes:

i) Make it run without install

ii) Make sure it runs under guest account without touching registry

iii) Must not use 3rd party libraries

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
