Build a portal for downloading and selling games

A young start-up based in New York City is building a portal that will allow consumers to download and license computer games. Similar portals include [[url removed, login to view]][1], [[url removed, login to view]][2], [[url removed, login to view]][3].

The portal is currently under design and will get into the coding stage within a few days.

The web site, database driven, is to be built using asp.net and MS SQL, including a front end, and a simple maintenance back-end.

The site includes:

- Home page

- Category page

- Game details page

- General information pages (e.g. About us, Terms of Service)

All pages include dynamic content from the database

- Simple maintenance page to add and edit games and categories

The job includes:

- building the database

- ASP.net pages

- Coding

- Creation of site look and feel to exactly match a graphic design, using CSS

- Cutting graphic elements from PSD files

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) Ready-to-install package for the server with clear and easy installation instructions

b) Database scheme in TSQL code

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
