It is required to implement a concrete C++ class (persistency_SQLite) which implements the abstract interface of the persistency class.
The class interfaces to a database with 4 tables, using the SQLite 3 SQL database engine C API.
The database character types should be UTF-8.
The code should be C++ standard compliant.
The specification has been revised today (20080313) as follows:
0) fixed typos
1) switched database internal string enconding format from UTF-16 to UTF-8 and C++ STL strings from wstring to string
2) added constraint that C++ source should be ANSI encoded
3) created an initial test suite which compiles and links using dummies for the 23 functions that should be implemented

## Deliverables
An updated specification is available in the attachment, which includes the comments from some ofthe bidders and an updated interface.
The amount of work required should not change with respect to the first and second versions.
