Customized Security Software needed

Hi,

I need a software written that is sort of a surfing track & control application.

it is meant to be implemented at my workers' pc's in my company in order to prevent them from going to non-legitimate sites and to track their daily progress at work.

The software is to be implemented as a toolbar on the user's browser (either FF or IE6,7,8). It will have some extra added values to the worker (will be explained later on)

Needs to be delivered as firefox addon file and IE addon file (compatible with versions 6,7,8)
