Coder needed to convert myslq database format to new one, PHPbulletin job(repost)

I have two phpbulletin forums. One on one server, one that is moving to the other server the first one is on. The first bulletin was migrated from mysql v. 2 to 4. It may have bugs. The second one needs to be transferred and set up correctly on the new server. It has been 'banning people' all week and we dont know why.

Please bid a price for helping me with these two forums. The work needs to be completed in 48 hours. I need good communication please when I have questions, it's required.
