complete incomplete script urgent

This is the script [url removed, login to view] which is incomplete with errors in it. You need to complete the script and fix all errors and bugs and add admin panel for features. Add features :- 1) Admin panel a) add/modify/delete/ban users b) create new gallery categories and sub categories(albums) c) add/modify/delete photos d) add/modify/delete comments e) add/modify/delete blogs f) add/modify/delete new fields for registeration (this field must be replaced) (Ethnic/Closest State or City:) g) add/modify/delete news which will be shown on main page h) admin can make any users moderators and give permissions to user to delete or modify users pages/profiles or gallery/albums i) add/modify/delete sponsors block j) admins can delete users file manager files k) admins can define in file manager which format files users can upload eg: mp3. Fixes :- 1) replace browse with photo gallery 2) submit link must be replaced with submit photos 3) you must replace all bugs and errors in all pages of the script. 4) users can visit there profile page by just typing there [url removed, login to view] in browser. 5) profile page has got lots of bugs which needs to be fixed for eg : if user if online it shows offline, 5 photos newly must be shown by firstly added and show next page link, add to friends, search user pages, emoticons doesn't work it must work. Add new feature :- Indivisual Shoutbox for Indivisual users on profile page so only members can shout at his profile page just at place of sponsors. You need to integrate chat which i will be giving you so only members can log into chat room. I also want you to add new feature in profile page as my playlist which shows users favorite 5 audio tracks which he saved from audio script.(audio script is running it doesn't have add to playlist link besides audio tracks its simple work. I will hire only advanced and best coders as it is strictly for religious website. Hope this helps!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
