CSS/DIV Javascript/Ajax Design Webpage Template and Menu

Spec. Page. 1)Create a site design as per first image shown below. 2)I will supply the logo. 3)I will supply Colour for the slogan text. 4)I will supply the icons (the house, tools etc) but the actual buttons (squares) will need to be created. Buttons should be red as shown (shade can vary slightly). 5)The background color of the page should be different to the inside of the content area. Outside should be very light grey. Inside the content area it should be white. 6)CSS should be used to build the design so that colours can be changed. 7)Page should be centre aligned. Menu. The buttons need to have some animation using JavaScript 1)On “hover over?? the button should raise up ([login to view URL]) 2)On Click the selected button should move up and stay there. ([login to view URL]) 3)There should be text on each button from code (i.e. not in image) ??" this way we can change the names of the buttons in future easily ??" or we can have no name. Text is “Home??, “Services “, About us??,??Update??,?? Contact?? 4)Note: as per image ([login to view URL]) I would like a scroll bar inside the content area ??" if the content exceeds the content area size. The idea is to keep the content area size the same all the time. Therefore please add any sample content in the content area to show this. Coders with good feedback with this

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
