I Have a text file pipe delimited, i need this text file read in to a sql server database, the c# utitlity must be able to read multiple files from a location and enter them in to multiple tables in sql server, the data must be split to multiple tables as there are 1200 columns in this text file. Sample below (is a pipe delimited structure) raw file. 001 SteveC**** 1|430592|000001|24.06.05|13:11|05.07.05|13:58|68500|0 2|430549|000001|24.06.05|13:12|05.07.05|13:59|66950|0 3|430549|000001|24.06.05|13:12|05.07.05|13:59|64950|0 4|430549|000001|24.06.05|13:12|05.07.05|13:59|65950|0 each column has a name, i will give u these names later. the first two lines must be read in to to the rows 001 SteveC**** E.G: 1|001|SteveC|430592|000001|24.06.05|13:11|05.07.05|13:58|68500|0 2|001|SteveC|430549|000001|24.06.05|13:12|05.07.05|13:59|66950|0 there will be multiple text files, with the first two lines as above ( name and number) the rest will be colums up to 1101 columns.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
