Crystal Reports/ASP.NET/PDF

I need to produce the attached document dynamcially in pdf format in both an appication running on Windows XP and on a web site using ASP.NET 2.0.

I would like this done using the Crytal Reports product that comes bundled with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition.

The layout of the document needs to be "close" but not 100% exact.

Work needs to be done in C#.

The numbers/values can come from a dataset. Populating the dataset is not critical in this portion of the project.

The text should come from a resource file so that additional languages can be added in the future.

The pictures in the PDF file can come from individual bmp files.

I'm expecting 2 separate solutions. 1 for the web and one for the desktop application. However I would like as much code shared or similar between the two solutions as possible.

Please see point 2a below. My site is hosted at hostmysite.com. I would like to see the web portion of the solution working in a development area of my site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
