Combine Web forms - multipart/form-data

I want to combine two web forms into one. One webform set is very standard asp post form that generates an email response. The other webform set is used to upload a file from a client to the server... I want the uploaded file attached to the email response in the other form. If you understand multipart/form-data for form, this should be very easy. Here are the steps

1. Combine/merge [url removed, login to view] functionality into OpportunityApplicationReply.asp. Both of the programs currently work separately.

2. Add code to attach the file uploaded to the email response letter.
