I'm looking for a freelancer who can help a community in the UK get high speed internet. Currently we get 2.9mb/s and it's not good enough. Satellite based internet wouldn't work as we have families who like to game online and Facetime/Skype and satellite internet would cause too much lag. If there is a good solution available either using hardware or software then the local community would happily pay on a monthly basis to use the high speed internet and I would go 50-50 on the profits with the right freelancer.
