Adapt a Visual C++ project from console app to Windows form app

I attach a Visual Studio 2017 C++ console app that demonstrates a movement of the servo motor. I need you to incorporate this into a Windows forms application with a simple interface (Windows forms app) that will run the respective procedures based on the set values.

I expect a full source codes that will compile under Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition.
