ticket generator

Basically all the front end work is complete i want it checked to make sure all the features work and when a button is clicked it must generate a plain text file with all the lines and the info put in those fields

Just checking for funcitionality and when a button is pressed it must generate a file in my doc folder and any field that is not required it must write n/a

when dispatch is checked

it must ouput 2 files 1 being the info listed 2 being a little text file name,ph # & resolution
