Need PHP Code To Pass Variables in Session Cookie

I need some PHP which creates a cookie that stores URL tokens in a session and passes them on to other pages in a checkout sequence.

Example:

Tokens: ?subid_1&subid2&subid_3&subid_4

These need to be passed on until user reaches checkout page so that the information can be captured along with the billing info.

Page 1: Tokens are included in the URL

Page 1a: Tokens are passed to his page which may or may not be used - depends on outcome from Page 1 (will be explained to person who gets the job)

Page 2: Tokens are passed to this page - this is just a bridge page that is controlled by a timed meta refresh.

Page 3: Tokens are passed to this page which is the billing and final page.

Preference will be given to people with great feedback, PHP Expertise, can start working on this immediately and do it quickly.

Should be an easy job for this right person.
