One way link building PR3+

Person required to build PERMANENT ONE-WAY links on PR3+ websites.

There are certain conditions that must be adhered to before a link is considered fulfilled.

1) On established, static and crawlable pages ranked with Google Pagerank 3 or higher

2) There must be no more than 30 outbound links on the linking page

3) Websites with relevant themes to home improvement in general or better appliance repair in particular

4) One link per domain

5) Permanent links

6) English language sites only

7) WHITE HAT techniques only.

Link Quality

1) No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges

2) No link schemes, you are not permitted to submit our site to any reciprocal linking services such as [url removed, login to view], etc.

3) No blog comments

4) Link pages must be attached to home page of the site. No orphaned link pages permitted.

5) No rel=nofollow links in the HTML

6) No forums

7) No blog and ping sites

8) No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects)

9) No classified ads

10) No dynamic links

11) No pages blocked by [url removed, login to view]

I will supply you with a selection of URL’s, anchor text and descriptions. These descriptions are to be used a maximum of 5 links. Links should be added continuously, link building should appear natural, not all placed at the same time.

You will be required to record each link pointing to us, including a direct link to the pages that link. All links will be verified before payment is sent to you to ensure the requirements highlighted were met.

There will be more work and a bigger project available to the successful bidder who does a great job.

Please tell me how many links you can provide and how how you will obtain them.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
