Website Design

A Quick Overview: I would like a creative website designer/programmer to help me to give my only sister a wedding present of a website that will contain all the photos from the special day. Main functions of the site be? I would like to be able to send an email to all the people that have attended the wedding inviting them to visit the site and upload their photos and videos. There will also need to be a guestbook that people can sign. The specifics: Once a person visits the domain name (domain & hosting is already registered/purchased) they will need to enter their email address & create a profile. A verification email will be sent to their email address. Once their profile is registered they will be able to access the site using their username and password. So what can visitors do when they are in the site? They will be able to create and label albums. Upload their pictures and videos to their and other people’s albums. They will be able to label their photos and comment on other people’s photos They will be able to sign the guestbook. Once any changes are made to the site the administrators will receive an email to their personal email address informing them that pictures/videos/comments have been added. What else? As my sister is not overly computer savvy I will need the CMS behind this site to be very user-friendly. She will be able to delete comments and videos/photos What about the design? This is extremely important. Please provide examples of sites that you have designed before. I will provide a couple of pictures/images, but the winning bidder of this project will need to show that they are artistic and creative. I need a creative designer that can also suggest functionality that they feel would complement this site. The turnaround time is important as is the budget. This is not a commercial project, but it means a lot more to me than money so please ask all the questions that you need to so that I know that you know what the project entails.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
