SOFTWARE / PowerPoint Website

I require a website which has 3 areas. I had this posting on here a while ago, but due to the webdesigners lack of time management and willingness to reply to emails we had to cancel the posting. The 3 areas are. 1. A replica type site of the gradstudent website. [url removed, login to view] (different logo's and layout of course, but it should look clean, easy to navigate, professional) 2. It should contain a second section which would have a trading section where people can login and add their cards and if they want a money or another trade, and have a clickable email so people can email them and setup the arrangements. It should also have a forum where people can discuss cards (starwars, magic,etc..) They should be able to add their cards with pictures. (which they can upload or choose from a list) 3. It should have a section where i can publish my software that i create (must be easy to add software) and screenshots. It should also allow me to setup a link (to a demo section) where people can go and test it out.) This section should also have a place where they can buy it (hooks into paypal) this website should be for the design/ (viewable and server side) layout and functionnality of the site) I would like to have a website where i can i easily add new products i create software wise

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

This must work on all versions of internet explorer, netscape. This site should be created using MySQL and PHP.

## Deadline information

I must be able to test the complete site before i release escrow funds. I will not release funds for partial completion. This site then must be installed on my own server. i may have a few small ammendments to what i have listed.
