I need someone to generate more traffic to my company website and raise its position to PR6 and above in the major search engines, especially Google and Yahoo (current PR is zero). I want to hear your proposals on how you will do this. Your bid should include the creation of a number of one way links to my website. Please specify in your bid how many one way links you are including. Also I would like to see the locations referring to my site, where links have been submitted. I can reveal the URL to selected bidders through the PMB. I would like an initial analysis of the website to see if there are any changes you would recommend in keywords, placement, density, site structure etc. Please give as much detail as possible in your bid and if necessary submit a seperate proposal. This is a new website and budget is limited, but for the right bidder there may be ongoing work. This is an immediate requirement. You will start hearing back from me as soon as I see bids with appropriate proposals coming in. Copy Paste freelancers, dont waste my time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
