Develop a web service that converts an xml file into a fax or email from pdf documents with fill-able fields.
Trigger: a .xml file will be placed in a folder within the site. Each .xml file represents a job. Once the job is complete the application will move the file to the completed folder.
The XML will dictate the following:
1. Define the output PDF
1. What “source?? .pdf file to use (these will be stored in a specific folder)
2. What “default values?? are showing in what fill able fields. So the pdf will be a fill able pdf. For instance, there could be a field called “name?? who’s default values needs to be set to “John Smith.?? The application would change the default value to “John Smith?? so that “John Smith?? shows in this editable field.
3. We may repeat the above several times, in which case all the output PDF’s will need to be “merged?? into one file at the end of the process.

The output PDF must be of the same quality as the source document
System will use PHP. We can install pdf libraries for php 5 as needed. Server is a centos linux Cpanel system. Development server will be provided.
