php ajax fast chat with modules

I need php fast ajax chat system like [url removed, login to view] the layout and features must be same like. Features : guest can enter into chat by entering just nickname Registeration available on the site and (addon members integration modules - invisionboard/vbulletin/smfboard) Once the guest/member enter his details and click on enter main chat room is opened. Users can create new rooms if admin specifies. Admin can make any registered user as moderator who can kick out/ban by ip user or mute user from posting messages. (admins can specify for how many minutes or days ban can be removed) Emoticons/colors/fonts size - bold/italic Room list must be shown where all rooms are located at the place of my add list in the layout. Double click on username to private chat in new popup window which have features like roostercode does with buzz option. Registered users can ignore any user for seeing his messages in the main chat room or any room they are. Admins can see all registered users/guest ip address. Right click on username in online list to view profile/ignore/ban.......etc features. Admins can edit/add/delete rooms and password protect them. chat must support links and images and must be fast like roostercode does. Easy Auto Installer must be there and administrator must have more features like ban words. Male and females icons are shown in online list if they choose to set male/female at the time of registeration. View users/guest current time! I dont want the copy code of roostercode - i need the original code with your original work!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
