VB.NET database agnostic SQL verifier.

The database management systems are:

Access,

SQL Server

Oracle.

The data and the queries are provided as text files with .txt or .sql extensions.

The data may alternatively or additionally provided in database form (i.e. no need to create database, tables, and do inserts).

I can even provide output. Yes, I can manually audit it but I want a program that will take the inputs (SQL queries, already customized for the particular database management system) and then compare the outputs.

If the output varies merely because of the sequence of data, it should NOT flag an error. i.e. if the query doesn't ask for a sort and one database provides the data in one order and another a different one--they are both correct therefore there should be no red flag to indicate a discrepancy. The comparison should be able to identify true discrepancies that represent an error in the SQL (assuming that the databases are identical in terms of content)!

Ideally the program should be able to take SQL from any database management system and figure out which one it's aimed at and then adapt it to the other two.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
