Membership Application

I want to ask you to design an Application for me in ASP and let me know how much it will cost me for you to do that. I want it designed in such a way that it can work with Access and SQL. But in such a way that i will only need to change one line of code to connect to sql or access. But make access the default database I want a Alumni membership management application one that will have 1. Admin Panel where members info can be managed (updated, deleted, deactivated etc.) 2. A Membership Account creation where the Admin can create account for new alumni and send account detail of the creation to the specific user ( like username and password etc) 3. A login page where members of the alumni can login to the Alumni page and where they can also edit their profile and upload new photographs to replace existing ones based on the account created for them by the Admin. This page will have links to enter the blog, check events calendar, edit their profile 4. A dynamic Calendar of events where Events can be posted, edited and updated. This should also be managed from the admin Panel 5. An Alumni Forum accessible to members who have been registered. From the blog, members should be able to search for other members by name etc. The admin and members of the forum can post topics. And the admin can disallow posts...you know all the full works of a blog You are not designbing the website, only the membership pages. I will link to it from other pages on the site

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
