FOOTBALL POOL

Looking to move my excel office football pool to a web site platform. I use both NFL games and select College Football games. Approx 20-30 games per week. About 500 Games a year. I use point spreads in the pool.

**Concept:

**Players pick games against the spread throughout the year player with the most points (units) at the end of the year wins the pool, I give prizes to the top 5 or so places.

**TWIST:

**There is a twist that makes this pool unique, each player get a set amount of units for the year. Lets say for example it's 500. (I like this to be variable so I can change it if I'd like in future years)

They can bet a Maximum # of units on a single game. Lets use 5 as the max for example (Again would like the Max to be variable so I could change down the road if I choose to) So using 500 total and 5 per game as an example the pool player would at minimum need to bet on 100 games if he bet the max on each one. Or he could bet 1 unit on 500 games, the bottom line is everyone can only bet up to 500 units per year.

**PRODUCT**

So I need a database driven website that can be refreshed each year (cleaned out) New schedules input by me using some sort of internet interface.

1)Website will need to have password access so only people I give the password can play.

2)User account setup function, users setup pool id's and passwords so they can access their accounts each week.

3)Picks page (shows current weeks games)

4)Summary Page(show everyones picks)

5)Standings Page(shows pool standings)

There are more specific requirements as well but this is the project in a nutshell.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
