design/develop 2 websites plus creatives/forums/backends

2 complete websites and creative advertising media in all 9 standard banner/popup sizes and backend integration with Paypal subscriptions and AffiliateShop affiliate program and a unique logo for each site and a user forum on both of the sites.

2 complete websites need to be designed and developed. Specific needs, page headings and text will be supplied, but all layout/design/graphics/images need to be designed, developed, and implemented by developer.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Sites are:

1) Phoenix Global Trading - offering subscribers Gold and Platinum subscriber membership packages. Service offered via the subscriptions are day-trading signals for trading US stocks/commodities futures/global currencies. Subscriptions are processed via Paypal subscriptions

Both of the following sites will reside under [[login to view URL]][1], which will need design of a new FRONT (landing) page which will have only links to the landing sites of the following 2 programs (and all of the interior pages for each program):

a) TurboMerchant - this is an app similar to [[login to view URL]][2] and the structure of the site will be similar in content to that site and will utilize paypal subscriptions (our content will be unique to TurboMerchant, which is an app similar to SellerEngine but has several advanced features over sellerengine)

b) Esearch - this app is an app that allows localized matching of for-sale items and compares them to Ebay items to enable arbitrage opportunities. The structure of the site will be similar to [[login to view URL]][2] even though the content is NOT similar (but it is an application offered for sale to end users via paypal subscription-based license fee).

Note that both of the above apps will be provided in time-limit demo format for visitors to freely download on the download page. This bid request is NOT for design/development of the apps, just the websites/creatives used to promote and market the apps plus user forums and paypal [login to view URL] note that a simple user forum (developer chooses specific app) must be placed on each of the above 2 app sites. Also remember that a logo must be designed for each of the 3 sites, and for each of the 3 sites, promotional banners and popup creatives must be designed in all 9 standard online creative banner/popup sizes.
