Backend text updates

Graphic/web designer with good HTML and limited php needs somone to develop backend system to allow my clients to change/update predefined text areas of individual web pages. Updates must be through a password protected web interface that allows user to see and edit text at the same time. Also facility to limit amount of text. Idealy this should be a package that I can apply to any of my clients websites with clear instruction on what variables apply and how to change them. Currently have project that requires 20 individual updateable pages within one website - each with individual user name & password.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
