asp.net resize / upload(repost)

Hi,

Please only react to this bid-request if you have experience with asp.net **(VB ! no C#)** and you have the capacity to do this small project. I just had a terrible experience with a coder that could not deliver proper working code so I don't want this to happen again. Here is my, rather long description, for a fairly simple and small project.

I have a realestate application written in asp.net(vb)

I have a registration form with which the real estate agent can put the new house online. It has the capability to upload, replace, delete an image to the server; the module writes the image filename into a database and uploads the image to a directory.

I need to _expand_ this module, so before the upload:

1) it resizes the image to a imagesize (constrain proportions) and uploads it to a folder on the server.

2) it resizes the image to a _thumbnail_ imagesize (constrain proportions) and uploads it to a folder on the server

Off course the existing functionality (image name getting saved to the database) has to remain in working condition.

_some other things:_

a.) In my registration form is next to upload image also a possibility to replace or remove the image. This functionality has to be expanded so the thumbnail image also gets removed. (the replace functionality is already present)

b.) I have to be able to re-use the code in other similar forms.

c.) I want a running app. (NO BUGS); I will provide the testfiles and DB.

d.) I don't have Visual Studio so I don't want to compile any code myself; it has to be pure asp.net code

e.) the functionality has to be built in in both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (see test-files)

The application is written in asp.net (VB). Who would like to help me with this small project?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
